For our team at The Circle at Zurich Airport, we are looking for an internal service employee with a focus on sales who will qualify new inquiries, independently manage small projects and existing customers, and support our projects from a financial perspective in the background.

Your tasks with us:

• Inbound and qualification: You take on new requests promptly, clarify the needs, scope, budget, and timeline, and assess potential and complexity. You hand large or highly consultative projects over to our consultants with a complete summary.
• Small projects and existing customers: You handle simple inquiries, small projects, and reorders yourself, from the quote to follow-up and finalization. Additionally, you actively maintain existing customers and recognize potential for future business.
• Offers and calculations: You create quotes based on coordinated products, quantities, and services, review prices, discounts, availability, and delivery times, and, for larger projects, take on the commercial quote creation in the background.
• Task definition and orders: You check offers, order lists, and the status of the planning to ensure completeness, resolve open issues, process orders, and track order confirmations.
• Building and commercial activities: According to the instructions of the planning department, you obtain quotes from our implementation partners, review the scope of services, prices, and deadlines, and oversee the ordering process and its execution.
• Variations and order processing: You handle complaints and claims for damages, coordinate solutions, and provide complete billing documentation to our accounting department.
• Data and processes: You keep customer, quote, order, and product data in Novu Core+ complete and up-to-date.

Your profile:

• Education: Basic business training or equivalent qualification. Practical skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to take on tasks independently are crucial for us.
• Experience in the sales department: At least 3 years of experience in sales, in commercial customer support or in order processing, particularly in the self-directed creation of offers and customer support.
• Industry knowledge: Experience in office furniture, interior design, kitchens, interior construction or in the technical trade is an advantage.
• Specialized expertise: You are confident in creating offers and performing simple calculations; you have a good sense of pricing, discounts, and margins; and you understand order and delivery processes.
• Customer orientation: You enjoy direct contact with customers; you understand requirements and question them critically; you explain offers convincingly and in a binding manner.
• Organization: You work carefully, in a structured and pragmatic manner, keep parallel processes in mind, and consistently pursue open issues until they are resolved.
• Tools: Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM, ERP or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Language skills: Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
